Young leaders are changing our world. These visionaries and entrepreneurs are transforming technology, media and culture. Today's emerging generation has vision and global awareness unmatched by their predecessors. At LAUNCH, we believe the time is now to identify young people interested in transforming their communities and providing them with opportunities to engage Biblical models of leadership development.
Since 2003 we have created three separate initiatives to help develop young leaders into 'Kingdom influencers'. Each of them can be explored through this website:
LAUNCH Pad, our newest initiative (September 2011) is designed to inspire and challenge all youth through the journey of self-discovery, equipping them for wise, confident decision making. We have come to realize that effective leaders are highly self-aware and are strong decision makers. LAUNCH Pad exists to help our young friends on both fronts!
Dream LAUNCH has been at our core from the very beginning and exists to coach young, innovative Christian leaders to grow in their capacity to influence their world for Jesus. It has been exciting and effective to bring an experienced coach alongside these young leaders who demonstrate a love for Jesus, a teachable attitude and an idea for a new Kingdom venture in their community. Ultimately, it is our desire to see more young people dreaming 'Kingdom' dreams... and see fewer of those dreams being abandoned or forgotten.
Finally, our LAUNCH Tools have been around since 2004 but it is only since 2009 that we made the switch to begin turning them into web-based resources. What a difference! This suite of online 360° assessments and personal growth plans is an amazing way to help young leaders discover more about who God has created them to be AND to put some goals in place to continue to reach their full potential. These Tools have been specifically designed to use in group settings and can be customized to use alongside a variety of leadership development content.
