Coaching is critical to the success of Dream LAUNCH. The coaching process provides an opportunity for a LAUNCHee (a young leader between 14-22 years old) to experience growth and transformation as they pursue their dream. Coaches have the privilege of drawing out what God has placed in the hearts and minds of these young leaders.
Coaching provides the necessary focus for taking a LAUNCHee's passion and making it a reality. It makes a lasting investment in the life of a LAUNCHee and for the Kingdom of God.
A LAUNCH coach:
He/she readily shares their life experience, knowledge, resources and skills with a teachable, young person who would benefit from their wisdom.
The LAUNCH coach models what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ and willingly inspires and mobilizes the next generation in their faith journey and in taking their leadership place in God's Kingdom.
