	Carl Nash, Director Carl Nash is Director of LAUNCH. Carl has mentored and coached student leaders for over twenty years, and it was through these relationships that the dream of LAUNCH began to take shape. He has enjoyed times of working as both a Physical Therapist and Youth Pastor, and is a graduate of Tyndale Seminary and the Arrow Leadership Program. He has a real heart to see young Christian leaders bring about Kingdom change in Canada. Carl lives in Toronto with his wife Leanne and their three daughters. 	Diana Skinner, LAUNCHee Coordinator Diana is LAUNCHee Coordinator for our Dream LAUNCH initiative. She is a graduate of McMaster University and obtained her Bachelor of Education at O.I.S.E. (U of T). Through being a high school English and Drama teacher and serving in a variety of roles at Ontario Pioneer Camp over the past fifteen years, Diana has honed in on her passion to encourage, coach and disciple young people to grow in their relationships with God. 	Jan D'Angelo, Coach Coordinator Jan D'Angelo joined LAUNCH as Coach Coordinator in 2006. For many years Jan was a self-employed physiotherapist who ran the Back Care Centre in Leaside, Toronto. She had the joy of helping to establish a Community Bible Study class in Newmarket and to be their Teaching Director for four years. For several summers she and her husband, Peter, have been the Section Heads for the Leader-in-Training program at Ontario Pioneer Camp. 	Monica Kay, Coach Coordinator Monica was raised in Toronto. She studied at the University of Western Ontario (B.A. and M.A. in French and English Canadian Literature) and then returned to Toronto for her B.Ed. at U of T. She served with Athletes in Action (AIA) for 10 years in various roles and capacities and feels that AIA helped her grow in Christ and in her ability to take on leadership roles and responsibilities. Monica is also a graduate of the Arrow Leadership program. She lives in Toronto, is married to a worship pastor and is the proud mother of now two children - she is currently on maternity leave from LAUNCH.
